Project
The Kimura family's acupuncture clinic underwent a change with the second generation working in the field. We developed not only an identity but also a process to professionalize the services and reclaim the family's history.
Concept
We recovered the origin of the word Kimura: "Village of trees" and created the concept 'What is the root of your pain'. We brought in the communication images and texts associated with nature and designed the symbol K based on the ideogram of the tree 木.
The meeting between father and son represents the challenge, a modern practice for today's times, filled with tradition and millennia-old knowledge. Finding the balance was the challenge and the solution of this project.
We launched a website, revamped communication materials, and created an identity that valued and respected the values of the Kimura family. We incorporated an oriental language into the communication, with colors of Brazil, but in natural tones. We created an atmosphere to have a brand with longevity and rich in possibilities for expansion.
