The characters live in memories. Mascotpedia is a space for them to exist with an official record. And of course, it couldn't be without its own mascot: the Piece.
Concept
The symbol is a personified piece of the Wikipedia puzzle. The goal was to reinforce the collaborative nature of the project while also being part of a larger project.
To be simple, without being common. To be a character, but without stereotypes. To be for everyone and not be childish.
Ensuring your personality with few elements is the key to the success of any mascot. A simple object, which here is full of meaning. It makes you want to interact and find new pieces as charismatic as the Piece.
